For years, I have walked our streets not as a distant figure, but as one of us. I’ve listened to dreamers, collaborated with doers, stood firm in the face of challenges, and never looked away. I’ve led housing projects, empowered the next generation, strengthened our healthcare systems, and expanded access through public service. But I didn’t do this alone I did it with you, fueled by partnership and a shared vision.
Now, I’m asking for something greater.
Let’s aim higher.
Let’s do more—together.
Let’s raise the standard for what local governance can and should be.

Derin Phillips, popularly known as Dr Caise, is a multifaceted entrepreneur, artist and philanthropist with global influence and deep roots in Nigerian heritage. Born into a lineage of trailblazers, he is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Phillips and the grandson of the late Chief Antonio Deinde Fernandez, a renowned business magnate and diplomat.
